FREE SHIPPING TO UK
Paper size 66x66cm. One of a limited artists edition of 40.
Wytham Woods is a 1000 acre ancient woodland on the outskirts of Oxford which is owned by Oxford University and is said to be the most reasearched woodland in the world with many long term studies going back to the 1940’s.
This print was created from a section of a fallen Oak tree from Wytham and is available here in an autumnal palette of 4 similar earth colours. Also available in black (see separate listimg)
The print can be supplied unframed or in a black 70cm square frame with mount. Mount colour can be white, black or ivory (ivory recommended). There is an option for printing on our standard (slight off white) paper or on a premium cream paper for extra warmth.
The larger white void areas are artefacts of the drying process and have combined to give the efferct of a gull or bird flying through the tree ring print which is rather beautiful.
The grain detail on this oak print is amazing.
The Framed version is only available to UK customers, otherwise bare print in a postal tube can be shipped anywhere
